    We are a leading player in the media and entertainment industry with three key business segments:
    1. TV Program and Film Production;
    2. Concert Production; and
    3. Costumes, Props and Make-up Services and Talent Management Services.

  2. What are the types of revenue models for TV Program and Film Production?
    We have primarily three revenue models for this business segment:
    1. Engaged by the customer for production by the Group for a fixed fee;
      1. Produced by the Group and sold to the customer for a fixed fee;
      2. Produced by the Group and licensed to the customer for a fixed fee for a fixed period of time; and
    2. Produced by the Group and licensed to the customer for variable fees based on user clicks or viewership for each episode.

  3. How do you derive revenue from Concert Production?
    We derive revenue from Concert Production primarily through:
    1. Proceeds from concert ticket sales;
    2. Sponsorship income for concert organisation; and
    3. Fees for concert management.

  4. How do you get revenue from Costumes, Props and Make-up Services and Talent Management Services?
    1. Fees from provision of costumes, props and make-up services.
    2. Fees from management services for artistes based on an agreed fee-sharing arrangement.

    1. Ability to produce high quality and well-received dramas and films underpinned by end-to-end production capabilities;
    2. Management bench strength with experience and capabilities spanning the entire business value chain;
    3. Strong network of business relationships and partnerships with distributors; and
    4. Growing portfolio of artistes contribute to the success of the concert production business.

  6. What is GHY’s approach to achieving commercial success for its dramas and films?
    Given our vast industry experience, we have the ability to identify changes in consumer preferences for selection of drama and film projects with potential for commercial success. We then strategically develop and curate scripts with trending themes and content that resonate with consumers to capture market demand.

  7. What are the benefits of your end-to-end production capabilities?
    We have better oversight and control over the entire production process and the final product. This also gives us the ability to maximise production capabilities to increase operational efficiencies and generate overall cost savings.

  8. Who are some of your customers for your TV Program and Film Production Services?
    They include major TV networks and leading online video streaming platforms.

  2. Do you do quarterly or half-yearly financial reporting?
    We adopt the practice of half-yearly financial reporting with half-year financial results in August and full-year in February.
